Privacy & referral disclosure

What this site is

Midlands Stump Connect is an independent referral website focused on stump-grinding inquiries in Columbia and the surrounding Midlands. Independent contractors provide estimates, arrange scheduling, and perform the work. We may receive payment for referrals or for exclusive access to inquiries. A referral does not guarantee availability, a particular price, or a contractor’s work.

Your project checklist

The checklist runs in your browser. Its fields are not sent to us or a contractor, and we do not request your name, phone number, or address. Downloading a checklist saves a text file on your device. No quote request is submitted.

Hosting and external resources

The hosting platform may process standard connection information, such as IP addresses and request logs. We have not added advertising pixels or analytics scripts.

Phone inquiries

The contact section shows whether the phone line is available. Once enabled, calls may be routed to the site operator or a participating independent contractor. Information you share during a call is used to respond to your project inquiry. Your phone provider and the forwarding service may process call metadata. This website itself does not record calls. Any recording or additional data collection requires an updated notice before it is enabled.

Questions and requests

Once the phone line is active, use the number shown on the homepage for questions about a referral or information shared with the site operator. For a contractor’s quote, completed work, or warranty, contact that contractor directly.
